Time Policies

• Check In Time: 12 P.M. (1200 hrs.)
• Check Out Time: 11 A.M (1100 hrs.)

Advance Policy

• Kindly note we need an advance payment to reserve your room on guarantee basis and the remainder amount to be paid at the time of Arrival in Guest House.
• A booking stands Confirm after receiving 50% advance payment of total receipt.
• Request you to note during peak season all bookings are confirmed only after payment of 100% advance amount i.e. from December 20 - January 03 (Non -Refundable).

Confirmation policy

• A confirmation letter generated after receiving the receipt of advance amount

Cancellation Policy

• 100% Refund on Cancellation before 7 days prior to arrival date.
• 50% Refund on Cancellation between 7 days and 48 hours prior to arrival date.
• No Refund if No Show or cancelled within 48 hours of arrival.
• Cancellation policy may vary due to high season which would be intimated to you by an email.

Terms and Conditions

• Kindly note, Extra hour’s subject to availability of rooms and rates as applicable.
• All rates are in Indian Rupees.
• We do not accept any cards.
• All rates are based on Per Room per Night on Double Occupancy.
• Extra Adult will be charged INR 300-500 per person per room night basis 2013-2014.
• Children below age of 5 years would not be charged, Children above the age of 5 years will be charged per room night basis.
• In case of an early check Out due to any circumstances there would be no refund provided to the guest.
• During peak period minimum Bookings stands for a week (6 nights & 7 days)i.e. highest Period from December 22 - January 03.
• Room Rates are subject to change without prior notice.


• NOTE: All the guest has to present, a government approved PHOTO ID during CHECK IN TIME which to be followed by the guest STRICKTLY, kindly note CHECK IN would not be entertain without an Id Proof
